1. How long does it take to prepare my order?
Every item is handcrafted and made to order.
Most personalized products are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days.
2. When will my order arrive?

Belgium: 2–4 business days

EU Countries: 3–6 business days
You will automatically receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
3. Can I personalize my product?
Yes — personalization is the heart of what we do.
You can add your photo, name, date, special message or custom request to most products.
Use the fields on the product page or leave a note during checkout.
4. What kind of photo should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos work best.
Phone photos are usually perfect.
Please avoid images that are extremely dark, blurry or low-resolution.
If you are unsure, you can always send us the photo for a quick check.
5. Can I receive a preview before production?
Of course.
If you’d like a design proof, simply mention it in your order notes.
We will only start production after your approval.
6. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Personalized items cannot be returned, as each one is made uniquely for you.
However, we will gladly replace your item free of charge if:

It arrives damaged,

The engraving is incorrect,

Or the product is not as described.
Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days.
7. How is the packaging?
Every product is carefully protected with:

We take great care to ensure your gift arrives safely and beautifully.
8. Which payment methods do you support?
We support:
Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact, iDEAL, PayPal and other secure European payment methods.
9. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order has not entered production yet.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can update or cancel it for you.
10. Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes.
We create custom designs for weddings, events, corporate gifts and special occasions.
