What information do I need to provide?

Add your names, wedding date and a short message in the personalisation fields — "Save the Date", "We're getting married", your venue city, or whatever feels right. We engrave exactly what you enter, so please double-check spelling before ordering.

Can you make it in any language or alphabet?

Yes — we can engrave in any language or alphabet, including special characters and accents. Simply add your requirements in "Special Instructions & Design Requests".

Should I order a sample first?

We highly recommend it. The sample option lets you see the material and engraving quality before committing to a full set. It's a small investment that gives you complete confidence before your full order.

How many should I order?

One per household — not one per guest. Order a few extra to be safe; last-minute additions are harder to match if you need to reorder later.

Do I get to see a design proof before you engrave?

Yes — we send a clean digital preview by email before engraving anything. Want a small change? Just reply and we'll adjust until it's exactly right.

Can I mix materials in one order?

Each order is in one material. If you'd like a mix, place separate orders — or add a note in "Special Instructions & Design Requests" and we'll advise.

What if I spot a typo after ordering?

Please double-check spelling and names before checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — we'll do our best to help if production hasn't started yet.

Are the magnets safe to mail?

Yes — each magnet is slim and lightweight, designed to fit in a standard envelope without extra postage. We recommend a protective sleeve or card backing when mailing.
